I was learning to do kiwi kids news. It was easy because we had to go onto kiwi kids news. my next steps are to learn something new.

I was learning about compare and contrast. It was easy because lay were new Zealand birds my next steps are to learn about different birds.

My reflection I found this persuasive writing easy because a had my own idea for this persuasive writing. it was tricky because I tried to find parts on how to impress people on my speech. my next steps are to make my speech more impressive.

Summarising Information

My Reflection

I have been learning to find and summarise information by choosing  the most important information.
I found this interesting because I did not now much about dollar bills. I found summarising the information easy because I new about some of the dollar bills but not all of them. My next steps is to try and work without the help of my teacher.

NZ Writing

I thought of lots of words before I wrote my poem. I could't do it with out my friend Selena. She 

helped me to do my poem.   I am so happy because she helped me.

I proud of my art because at first I thought my art was going to be bad but its not that bad as I thought so I am happy of my work.

Summarising

 My reflection
 I am learning to summarise a text. it was tricky to find key words. I had to read the text carefully a few times. It was helpful to do this activity with the teacher and a buddy. My next learning steps is to use what I learnt about summarising and try to do this other texts.

Reflection
 I was learning to identify the parts of a graph. I was easy because I watched slide show and I had I good example to refer to. my next learning step is to create a graph with data that I collect.
